Bonjour Milan!

We’ve been hearing the name Alberto Biagetti more and more lately. Of course, Biagetti is not a newcomer to the design scene—he opened his Milan atelier in 2003 and has provided art direction to brands like Yoox and Venini. But reading the buzz, Biagetti is having something of a moment right now. His new collection Bonjour Milan just debuted at Galerie Italienne in Paris last week, and the pieces will also be presented at Biagetti’s studio this week, coinciding with Salone. We love how beautifully crafted they are, and the fact that the entire collection was inspired by his hometown. As Biagetti tells us, "The city I live in is made of hundreds of incredible layers, and it is always fascinating to explore what is below the surface in Milano—to discover the mixing of the old and the new." If you happen to be in Milan this week, swing by to see for yourselves!
