19th-Century Inlaid Walnut Writing Table

About This Piece

This item has a wonderful walnut colour and patina and can be used as either a writing table or a dressing table. It dates from circa 1880. There is a small shaped black leather inset to the table surface, with a tooled edge. It comes with 2 drawers. The mirrored door in the middle of the table top opens to reveal 2 removable shelves and there are further shelves either side of the mirror. The main cupboard has a brass galleried top. It stands on porcelain casters.
The interior of the cupboard measures (WxDxH) 39 x 22 x 44 cm.
