Original 1975, Exquisite Alexis Barthelay Bangle Solid Silver Watch, a special piece characterized by an elegant, unique, absolutely chic yet timeless design.
This iconic watch is fully functional, in excellent condition with no traces of wear: it has never been used or worn. Just been checked, it keeps time perfectly, as NEW. Thanks to the bangle's adjustment it fits to all wrists, from 157mm to 180mm.
Alexis Barthelay founded his eponymous brand in the 1930's in Place Vendome and he soon came to be known for high jewelry and watches as well.
In the past Barthelay's Atelier created watches for jewelry brands such as Cartier and Van Cleef.
Barthelay, now part of Franck Muller's watchland group, is known for creating haute gamme watches combining unusual material with stylish refined design.
A.B. and silver french marks on the case back and on the bangle.
A copy of the 1975 Advertising Campaign and a detailed certificate are included.
