Vintage Design

Pair of ancient bruciaprofumi German porcelain 1800. Rare pair of rare perfumes with romantic decoration with the Watteau in German porcelain, of the Kpm KPM Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur manufacture in Berlin, dating back to the second decade of the 19th century. The two objects of full taste Rococo and are formed by a shaped base on which the oval stove with the central hole for the wick is placed. Four volutes in the shape of a volutes hold the container of the essences in the shape of a sort of bowl with handles, equipped with a pierced lid with pine cone.

The porcelain is white background with rich gold decorations and bears two tables on the largest sides with painted gallant scenes in the watteau miniata, while on the sides of the major diameter we find floral decorations, as well as on the lid together with painted ladybugs. On the bottom, in blue, the brand representing the scepter of the Berlin manufacture for 1820-1830 and imprinted the numbers 5 and 6.

In a good condition of conservation, no slotting, only minimal winding and a restoration in correspondence with a handle.
