Mahogany Chippendale Style Desk of Serpentine Form. Circa 1880. The Desk Stands Upon Typical Chippendale Style Carved Ogee Feet. The Desk Has an arrangement of 9 Graduated Drawers. The Drawers Feature High Quality Mahogany Flame Veneers and Cast Brass Swan Neck Decorative Handles. The Top of the Desk Having Gadrooned Mouldings and a Black Leather Fitted Writing Surface (replacement) with Hand Applied Gilt and Blind Tooling. The Desk is Freestanding and comes in 3 Sections for ease of Transportation.
