A beautiful antique elm Windsor comb back/stick back chair from the workshop of Issac Alsop who was a renowned Nottinghamshire chair maker. This is a rare example with traces of original red paint fabulous patina. Stamped Alsop makers signature to the rear. We love the simplicity and provincial nature of this fabulous iconic chair. Width 58 cm height 95 cm depth 53 cm height to seat 36 cm width of seat 34 cm seat depth 36 cm.
