Set of two barrel back armchairs with renovated seats. The armchairs have renovated padding and have been upholstered with new fabric. Manufactured in northern Sweden circa 1880 the chairs are made in the Gustavian style, a style popular in Sweden during the late 18th century. Carved wooden decorations such as the hand carved lion heads at each armrest. The paint is the original white paint with gold accents that's been naturally distressed over time - see pictures for more details.
