Fine quality antique Victorian console side table dating from around the 1860s period, in very good condition, with loads of character & a lovely original colour.

It’s predominantly rosewood, with some exquisite marquetry of many different exotic woods. The marquetry decorations are on the top, sides & front. The top marquetry decoration has a very detailed floral design in the middle.

This table is free standing, because the back is also finished & polished. It has gilt bronze mounts of exceptional quality around the top edge, on the top of the legs, down the legs & on the feet. Please enlarge all the images to see the quality of these mounts.
