About This Piece

Vintage Design

Two-door late Biedermeier wardrobe or hall cupboard from the middle of the 19th century. Solid cherry wood and veneered. with beautiful original patina, ready for everyday use.

Straight-lined, laterally coffered cherrywood body with a sawn-out plinth at the front, 2 doors in frame construction with mirrored veneered panels forming a beautiful picture, and a removable moulded cornice.

Inside, the cabinet is fitted with a shelf and a clothes rail.

The cassette back panel is made of oak.

Authentic ready for everyday use condition with beautiful patina. Signs of use due to age including slight discolouration and minor damage to the skirting board at the back left, old woodworm channels (not active!) and visible repairs. Shelf and clothes rail have been replaced.
