Vintage Design

Iconic bed from the renowned Artona collection, designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Maxalto in the 1970s. A refined example of Italian design from the period, where architectural clarity meets exceptional craftsmanship and luxurious materials.

The structure is defined by a strong yet elegant architectural presence, with well-balanced volumes and a rich material expression. Crafted in fine wood veneer and solid wood, typically walnut, the piece showcases the distinctive layered and contrasting woodwork characteristic of the Artona series.
