Superb lacquered Art Deco cabinet / wardrobe decorated with scenes of Far Eastern inspiration: characters in Asian costumes, pagodas, cranes...

Interesting decorator work, surely a unique piece made to order.

The cabinet consists of:
- a central cupboard containing 4 shelves, opening by an oval mirrored door with bevelled glass;
- two side boxes with 5 drawers and surmounted by niches.

The handles are in bronze with typical Art Deco motifs.

Attributed to Eugène Tabouret, lacquer artist and decorator of the 1920s.

In good general condition, small chips and wear.
