Vintage Design

A detailed scale model of the iconic Brabham BT52 Formula One racing car, finished in the striking black and white Olivetti livery associated with the early 1980s turbo era. The model features period sponsor markings including “Olivetti,” “Pirelli,” “Pernod,” and “BMW M Power,” faithfully capturing the distinctive styling of the original Grand Prix machine. Constructed in molded plastic with metal axles, the car exhibits accurate aerodynamic profiling, including the low wedge-shaped nose, open cockpit, exposed suspension elements, and prominent rear wing assembly. The underside is marked “Brabham BT 52,” “Made in Italy,” and “Bburago,” indicating production by the well-known Italian die-cast and model manufacturer. Condition shows moderate playwear, with visible scuffs, minor paint loss, and surface marks consistent with age and handling.
