Vintage Design

A pair of floor lamps in brass by Hans Agne Jakobsson, and made by his company in Markaryd, Sweden, mid-20th century.

A simple design with a height-adjustable brass arm and a weighted base. The brass is in good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear - including light scratches and losses to the lacquer -and a nice patina.

Shades:
Original frames with new hand-made pleated skirts - linen over card - based on the original in style, dimensions and construction.

Wiring & Bulbs:
The lamps have their original Swedish wiring and plug, which we advise is tested/replaced in the country of install. The single lamp-holders takes an E27 bulb. Low-heat model recommended.
