Bronze Table Lamp with Antique Embroidery. An important table lamp made from a bronze centrepiece vase with a baluster stem resting on a square base and two wide side handles. The oval lampshade in red silk is decorated with handmade embroidery in gold lamé taken from sacred vestments from the 1700s.

The bronze base dates from around the 1950s, has a beautiful patina, works with an E27 light (max. 100 watts) and is in perfect condition.

The base alone measures 46.5 cm in height, 29.5 cm in width and 18.5 cm in depth.
