About This Piece

An impressive pair of late 17th century, Northern Europe on veined socles, oversized carved white marble busts of Mars and Minerva. Dating from the 1680's, they were aquired from Sir John Gielgud's house in North Oxfords, UK. Currently on display in our London Collection, at The Talisman Building.
