Vintage Design

A well made, solid 20th-century military sideboard that can be used as a dressing table, desk or chest of drawers. The unit has reinforced protective corners and ornate brass recessed handles that pull out. This piece of furniture is functional and attractive, incorporating an unusual central recessed cupboard with a door over. The Mahogany has a lovely rich, characterful tone and patina, with some signs of wear expected from a piece of furniture with this history. Military furniture is usually designed to come apart for transportation purposes, but this unit is solid and in one piece. Dimensions (cm): 73H x 123W x 46D Condition: Some signs of use and patina.
