Vintage Design

Wonderful Kashmir carpet from the 1960s. Through the silk detailed floral patterns are possible and the carpet is given a beautiful shimmering luster.

All our carpets are cleaned in a professional carpet laundry. The first step of the purification consists thorough tapping of the carpet to remove dust and possibly mites. The subsequent pre-wash with a pH neutral soap removes stains. In the main wash of the carpet by hand is thoroughly washed wet - a special soap protects the fibers and keeps the natural wool grease of the carpet. By mechanical presses and spinning done a first drainage, then allow to dry hanging with permanent air recirculation to the carpets.

Item will be left in its packaging after delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.

For unusually large or heavy items, we recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand, as we cannot send more than 2 drivers.
