Beautiful set of Faenza ceramics from the 1930s.
They represent a subject as original as interesting: cactus plants placed inside a ceramic vase.
These small masterpieces are the work of an important Italian ceramics factory: "A. Farina & Figlio" founded in 1876 by Achille Farina (1804-1879) in Faenza.
It should be remembered that the city of Faenza was so important in the production of ceramics that it gave rise to the internationally recognised name of 'Faience'.
