Vintage Design

János Török (1932-1996) was the essential porcelain designer in post-war Hungary. In 1956 he started to work as a designer at the legendary Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory in Pécs. In a sense, Török created the face of the Hungarian mid-century modernism. His modernist figurines, vases, and coffee sets defined the international popularity of Zsolnay porcelain during the 1960s and 1970s. The red coffee set is an icon of the Hungarian design of the 1960s.

A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
