Vintage Design

A fascinating sculptural pair of Danish modern lounge chairs in the manner of Henning (Henry) Kjærnulf. Made in solid oak and reupholstered in a luxurious Bouclé, Tiree 1002 (Sand) from BUTE fabric. Made in 1960s by a Danish Cabinetmaker with a great sense for details. The general impression is really good. This lovely brutalist pair will complement many interior styles. A modern, antique, Classic, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor. with a heavy focus on functionality, this design style leans toward modernism, while incorporating coziness. The solid construction of the body and the armrests gives good support together with the soft bouclé wool. The Scandinavian design style aims to provide a way for people to live more sustainably and in harmony with one another.
