Carpenters Workshop

Established in 2005 by Parisian entrepreneurs and art devotees Loic Le Gaillard and Julien Lombrail, Carpenters Workshop Gallery specializes in unique and limited-edition contemporary work at the intersection of art and design. Through their daring and integrity, Le Gaillard and Lombrail have cultivated strong relationships with the designers they represent, including Atelier Van Lieshout, Sebastian Brajkovic, Andrea Branzi, Campana Brothers, Wendell Castle, Ingrid Donat, Vincent Dubourg, Lonneke Gordijn & Ralph Nauta, Johanna Grawunder, Mathieu Lehanneur, Frederik Molenschot, Nendo, Random International, Pablo Reinoso, Robert Stadler, Studio Job, and Charles Trevelyan.

The gallery began its life in a former carpenter’s workshop in the Chelsea Gas Works studios. In 2008, Le Gaillard and Lombrail opened a second gallery in Mayfair, and in 2011, they inaugurated a new gallery in Paris on the border between the Marais and the Beaubourg Plateau.
