Casa Almada
Nestled in Porto, Portugal, Casa Almada are proud representatives of timeless 20th century design. In a city where football is the pastime, the passion and the preoccupation, Casa Almada dedicate themselves to a rather different beautiful game – that of collecting. While the usual suspects of mid-century design are ever present in their collection, Casa Almada also represent designers from a little closer to home, such as Portuguese designers Daciano da Costa and Sena da Silva. While it seems that, in Portugal, footballers rather than designers are the household names, Casa Almada are out to change this and give an insight into homegrown vintage design.
