This three-seater sofa was designed in the early 1960s Angel Pazmino for Muebles de Estillo in Ecuador. The piece features a solid rosewood peg construction and heavy saddle cowhide with Mayan embossed designs to the seat and backrest. The quintessential South American Modernist piece has a strong Scandinavian influence and remains very solid and sound with what is believed to be the original leather remaining extremely thick and strong.
