In the late 19th century in Marrakech, the La Bahia palace was built in an Arabic-Andalusian or Moroccan style, standing as one of the most impressive palaces in the country. It dazzled with its size and the endless application of Zellij tiling. The palace was built for the four wives and 24 concubines of the Grand Vizier, but took the name of the preferred one: bright or shine in English. Alma de Luce pays tribute to the palace through the richness of the crystal patterns, the manufacturing on the inner grid, and by arranging two parts that complement each other (this piece is designed to be used in conjunction with the Grand Vizier counter, which is available separately). Secrets remain kept within the inner drawers. The geometric pattern formed by the crystals, enhanced by the contrast of its ground support, lends it refinement and personality.
