The pile of this Nain Tudeshks was hand knotted of Kursk Wool and silk. Cork or Kurkwolle also is a particularly feinfädiges, almost velvety-feeling Knüpfgarn. The Kursk Wool is removed from the neck, abdomen and the inner sides of the legs of the sheep and is particularly high. The pattern of this Nain Tudeshks is trimmed with shiny pure silk, which is extracted by hand from the cocoons of the silkworm. The silk elements create a shimmering contrast and let the colors - depending on the light - shine in different facets. The warp and weft of this Nain Tudeshks are made of cotton. This versatile material is tear-resistant and ductile and therefore particularly suitable for a durable lower fabric.
