The one in the center is more important. Weight of the main diamond : 0,16 carats approximately. Total weight of the other diamonds : 0.45 carats approximately. Height : 16,8 mm, width : 18,8 mm, thickness : 10 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 4 mm approximately. Total weight of the jewel : 10,6 g approximately. US Size : 4,5 ; Authentic antique jewel - French work from the 1950s.
