French 19th Century Sterling Silver Cherub Cufflinks, Set of 2

About This Piece

Pair of cufflinks in silver, wild boar's head hallmark. Each antique cufflink represents two heads of children. The back of the heads are chiseled. They are held together by three oval links. Height: 13.5 mm, width: approximately 11.4 mm, thickness: approximately 4.7 mm, length of the chain: 15 mm. Total weight of the jewel: about 6.6 g. Authentic antique jewel - French work of the 19th century. Lovely and uncommon, these antique cufflinks would have been created by a wife for her husband as a birth gift for their twins.
