About This Piece

Vintage Design

An impressive and luxurious pair of andirons, in the spirit of Jean Royère & Jacques Adnet finest creations, to be attributed, France 1950.
Each piece consists in one single thick and sensual slide of wrough iron topped by a massive bronze sphere, at the crossover of art-deco elegance and modernist free-form design.
These pieces are naturally patinated after hand cleaning, leaving some dark surfaces and some golden areas, creating a beautiful and overall a true authentic feel.
