The anterior anthropomorphic volume showcases an advanced mastery of high-gloss reactive glazing. The primary surface is coated in a saturated copper-based emerald and jade green glaze, revealing a micro-crystalline structure and a pronounced, intentional craquelé matrix. On the central and lower facial planes, the green masterfully transitions into subtle, muted chromatic shifts of manganese-lavender, soft lilac, and reduced iron 'old rose'. The deeply carved orbital cavities are intentionally left raw and unglazed. The back and shoulders features a heavy, cratered volcanic engobe or crawling glaze formulation, emulating an organic, high-relief 'orange peel' and basaltic rock texture. The flat, unglazed base exposes the coarse, high-grog terracotta body (chamotte), confirming the traditional manual coil or slab construction technique.
