Original vintage travel poster titled "Aix-Les-Bains - Reine des Filles d'Eaux" - "Aix-Les-Bains - Queen of the Waters". The artwork features a crest decorated with red fabric, with a crown at the top, and a small plaque in the centre stating "Thermes, Plage, Golf, Casino" (Thermal bath, Beach, Gold, Casino).. Aix-Les-Bains, simply known as Aix, is a commune in the department of Savoie, in the southeastern France. It is home to the Lac du Bourget, a resort that is a major spa town and has the largest freshwater marina in France, where the thermal baths were once a major attraction. Printed by J.E. Goossens of Lille and Paris. Country of issue: France, designer: Roger Pichio, year of printing 1930's.
