German Rosewood Adjustable Table from E.M.Ü, 1960s

Vintage Design

This rosewood extendable side or dining table was manufactured by E.M.Ü in Germany in the 1960s. It has two sliding tops with a hidden shelf beneath them. Under the shelf is a screw mechanism with a crank which adjusts the height of the top and creates a full-size dining table. The height can be regulated from 53 to 71 cm. Along the tops is a modern white line and the legs feature a chrome finish. The table has a beautiful rosewood grain. It is signed on all components; labeled under the top, numbered and marked under the legs as well as on the crank.
