Vintage Design

A striking mid-century chandelier designed by renowned Swedish artist Erik Höglund for Boda Smide, circa 1965. Crafted from black-lacquered iron, this sculptural piece features six angular arms arranged in a circular configuration, each supporting a single candleholder.
The chandelier showcases two distinct levels, adorned with amber-toned circular glass discs and clear molded glass pendants, several of which are decorated with Höglund’s signature expressive faces, a hallmark of his playful, humanistic approach to design.
