Pair of 1970s vessels Design Spanish angel for Sicart, Cartigliano. Italy, 1970s.
Singular pair of glazed ceramic vessels, with a particular shape that allows "the interlocking". They differentiate in color and in height, maintaining identical proportions. The small vase is dark brown, while the highest one is white milk.
Spanish angel is the designer by definition, always attentive not only to aesthetics but also to the usability of the object. During the years of teaching at the State Institute of Art has never stopped collaborating with the most attentive and innovative companies in the area, including the Cartigliano Sicart. In this way the direct thread between the school and factory was raised and affirming his teacher and designer talent.
The Style of Spanish angel is very recognizable in its graphics and in color that very often refers to natural clays or to the colors of our land.
