Vintage Design

A pair of bronze Takaoka vases silver plated and decorated with traditional floral ornaments Japan, early 20th century. Signature on both bellies (not read) made by hand.

The artist obtained free plant compositions with a sophisticated technique of deep engraving combined with delicate engraving and local polishing of the surface. Bronze cast into lost wax, hand engraved and chiseled. A craftsman, goldsmith, creates the body of vases by hand. Due to the sensitivity of the metal engraver, the products, which are carefully made one by one by the use of gold, silver, electroplating, are widely used as traditional crafts in Japan.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be completed by a parcel service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
