This knitted bean bag for children is made from 100 % polyester rope, is very sturdy and durable, hypo-allergenic, and will not attract dust. Polyester was chosen for these properties, as well as the fact that it is easy care and easy to wash. The pouf has a nice and quite rough texture with a rustic look, but is very enjoyable to sit on and is appealing to children.

The piece comprises a very sturdy sewed interior fabric sack with a zipper filled with polystyrene/styrofoam balls that is easy to fill and refill. The polyester-filled bag is able to be removed for washing. The knitted cover may also be removed and washed in a washing machine at 40°C.

The approximate weight per piece is 5 kg. It is suitable for children's rooms, bedrooms, and living rooms, and will be shipped in a carton box. Custom orders are also welcome,

Child-friendly, durably-made, and available in sixteen different colors, the brand’s handcrafted and accessibly-priced assortment is a wonderland of needlework, featuring 100% polyester rope-knitted baskets, bean bags, carpets, curtains, wall hangings, pendant lamps, mirrors, poufs, tables, and toys. Self-taught Fatejava hails from a rich heritage of textile artisans and began knitting at the age of five. She founded SanFates as a family-led business in 2014. On the heels of early success, the company moved in 2015 from its provincial birthplace in Alytus to Kaunas, Lithuania’s second-largest city, to accommodate growing production needs. Even with growth, however, SanFates remains a small-batch-production atelier.
