Big fully restored original Art Deco Secretaire or Writing Cabinet in excellent Black Piano Lacquer, from France about 1930. Walnut wood, high-gloss black lacquered in several layers. Large polished stainless steel trim around the base. and chrome-plated handles. Conically pointed front towards the in the middle. Original Interior in oak with ebonized handles. Frosted glass dividers, probably added later. Center hinged lighting behind original glass door. Original red leather writing surface surrounded by ebonized oak. Very special are the two doors, which open to the left and right sides with shelved inside. Dimensions: H 140 cm x W 140 cm x D 50 cm.
