Large closet / wardrobe with beautiful Schinkel gable from the Biedermeier period around 1830. As Schinkel gable Schinkel roof or the triangular gable is called, which is commonly found as upper finish of Biedermeier furniture.
In the cabinet there is a so-called ''burster'' since it can be disassembled with just a few simple steps and reassembled, which makes a transport / relocation a breeze. Here, the cabinet is only inserted and fixed by means of wooden wedges. The cabinet can be disassembled into the following parts: Lower part / base, the side walls 2, multi-piece rear wall, 2 doors, roof board with hook strip.
In the lower part of the cabinet there is a recessed, lockable floor compartment. To the left there - at first sight not seen - yet an openable with a thin pen secret compartment with two small wooden boxes (see photos.).
