The Ice Bar at the Hotel Krone in Lech, Austria, 1960. The mountain in the background is the Omershorn. A gorgeous scene showing guests enjoying the al fresco bar, at the Austrian Hotel, surrounded by snow, behind them classic cars are parked and other ski chalets stretch out in the background and beyond that lie the snow capped mountains of the Austrian ski resort, seen sparkling in the winter sunshine. In his words, he photographed 'beautiful people in beautiful places, doing beautiful things'. An exquisite Open Edition Slim Aarons Archival Pigment Print.
