Lecture II is an original print, a color lithograph on paper, realized by the French artist Jean-Pierre Alaux (1925-1982). Signed in pencil on lower right margin, this original print is not numbered, and is surely a specimen from the ''cachet de l'editeur''. A printing proof from an edition of 275 prints. In very good conditions, with bright colors, this lithograph has the only little defect visible on the back (a little rip repaired with a tape). A joyful contemporary artwork representing a young girl sleeping on a table where there are her personal diary, a wood toy, and a hourglass, is a sort of meditation of the youth time. This original print could be your at affordable price! Jean-Pierre Alaux (1925-1982). This wonderful French painter belonging to the ''young painters of the School of Paris'', was son of the painter François Alaux. He worked in the studio of Jean Dupas from 1943-1949 and he will become a superb surrealist artist.
