"Liana" bookcase by Ettore Sottsass, 1985.
Ettore Sottsass designed this beautiful bookcase in 1985 and in 1992 the executive project for the Meccani Arredamenti company, Cascina (Pisa) Italy.
It was produced in 1992/93 and is part of a limited edition of 10 pieces numbered and signed with a copper plaque by the company.
Wenge base, vertical central element in burl wood, square cabinet and volumes painted in red, light blue, yellow, black, and pink; columns stained wenge and cherry; blue glass.
Excellent condition.
Certificate of Originality and Authenticity from the Meccani Archive.
