1950s bureau designed and made by Vesper for Heal’s of London. Pieces from this range are rare to see. It has a solid beech carcass and maple veneered drawer and door fronts with recessed handles and tapered legs. There are 3 good sized drawers made of curved plywood and a bureau compartment on the top with a shelf and key, this would also make an excellent cocktail cabinet.
