About This Piece

Vintage Design

An original Mid Century bamboo armchair. This rattan lounge chair dates from 1950s Italy and has a beautiful sculptural shape and a high back making it very comfortable, with or without cushions. Rattan furniture is a great way to bring another texture into a space and even large items never feel overbearing or too dominating. The natural materials of cane and bamboo really soften an interior and can be a useful addition to a reception space or bedroom scheme.
