Well-preserved Disneyland Monorail Alweg set of Schuco from the 1960s my original carton and leaflet.

In the early 1960s the German toy manufacturer Schuco brought this train of Disneyland Alweg train as a model out.
The Swedish industrialist Axel Lennart Wenner-Gren was named the ALWEG train that would revolutionize transport technology. The big breakthrough was however denied ALWEG train finally passed long other rail networks and proven competitive products. Only came on individual short-range and comes they are used.
