Mid-Century Walnut Bar Cabinet, 1960s

Sleekly designed XXL wall unit made of warm walnut veneer from the sixties with beautiful details.

At the bottom, on the left, the wall cabinet has a chest of drawers with two identical drawers that open and close easily by pulling the sleek brass handles. Next to the drawer unit are two wide lockable sliding doors behind which a generous storage space is hidden. The sliding doors open and close smoothly by pulling on the organically shaped wooden 'bowl handles'.

The upper part of the cabinet has a spacious bar cabinet on the right that is closed by a flap. Behind the flap is a storage space that is divided into two compartments by means of a (removable) glass shelf. Above the bar cabinet is a display cabinet with two sliding glass doors, the doors of which have the original cut handle in the glass. The space behind the sliding doors is also separated into two compartments with a glass shelf.


To the left of the upper cabinet section are two doors that close off the generous storage space behind it. This cupboard space has two shelves, creating three compartments.

The cabinet stands on a solid wooden base with four slender, slanting wooden legs, which gives the whole an empty character.

The cabinet is in neat condition with only minor signs of use. The furniture has been cleaned by us and treated with the right means. The cabinet is ready to use right away for years of living pleasure.
