Beautiful pair of walnut high-back armchair and ottoman designed by Anna-Lülja Praun in 1950s. These armchair and ottoman has a solid walnut wood frame with reupholstered high quality cushions. These chair and ottoman is in a very good original condition with minor wear due to age and usage. Very comfortable seating. The designer Anna Lülja Praun had designed many beautiful items for the famous Viennese Interior Shop Haus and Garten in the 1950s. Felice Kalmar had taken over the management of this interior shop, which was founded by Josef Frank and Oskar Wlach in the 1920s and had a co-working with Anna Lülja Praun for few years. Anna Lülja Praun was a leading architect personality from the 1950s-1990s in Austria. She designed furniture concepts which characterizes lightness and openness. Size chair 70 W x 76 D x 102/40 H cm.
