“Mushroom” table lamp, murano glass, Mid-century, 70’s - Italy

Magnificent table or auxiliary lamp or bedside lamp, handcrafted in Venetian Murano glass using the blown glass technique in a single piece. This is the iconic mushroom model, known for its original shape. The base is made of white opaque glass with translucent and gray veins that run through the piece. It retains the “Venice Glass: Hand Made in Italy” sticker.

The manufacture corresponds to Vetri Di Murano, which presents an excellent selection of authentic Murano glass art, highlighting the work of important mid-century Venetian artisans. Special attention is paid to objects inspired by nature, created by Archimede Seguso, considered the "maestro dei maestri" of the Italian art glass industry of the 20th century.
