Arne Jacobsen's lowbacked Oxford office chair of the old version with upholstered armrests. The Chair is from 1993 but has been reupholstered in the current fabric about 10 years ago. The chair appears in good condition but with some patina, especially on the armrests, where there are also two minor holes.
