About This Piece

Vintage Design

Original Pernilla armchair designed by Bruno Mathsson for DUX, produced in the 1970s–1980s. This ergonomic and iconic model was first introduced in 1969 and remains one of Mathsson’s most celebrated designs. The frame is crafted from curved beech plywood, with a canvas sling and a removable pink cushion in foam-filled fabric.

This armchair is marked by its sculptural curves and exceptional comfort. A collector’s piece with timeless Swedish design appeal, perfect for a vintage or modernist interior.
