Vintage Design

Rare antique Remington Portable typewriter with raising type bar-1920s- Case is included. The typewriter no dents and only minor surface wear. It comes with it's case. All the keys work. It does have a ribbon which is dry due to it’s age but it still types and you can see the letters on a page in a photo. The roller and carriage return work well. The shift key and shift lock keys and space bar work. The raising type bar goes up and down with ease. We’ve tried all of the keys and they work. It was well cared for over the years.

The case has some damage but latches in place. The typewriter is in beautiful working order with original glass keys and unique “folding-typebar”.

This retro device will fit perfectly in your vintage collection, or as inspiration for your next literary project.
