Signed lower right: Marco Novati Italo Balbo was one of the key figures of Italian fascism, being among the four quadrumvirs of the March toward Rome which brought the fascists to power. As a very popular figure of fascism he holded many important tasks in the fascist governments as well as in the later fascist empire, being designated governor of Libya. Good conditions. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
